Does anyone else feel Apple tries to force buying new devices on them?

So often , just as a new iPhone is soon due, so many things that had worked smoothly on my iPhone 5 suddenly start going ape crap crazy. Does anyone at Apple understand that you can't buy a new device if you can't currently afford it?

This kind of game playing doesn't make want to buy it when I do get back on my feet financially.

Windows 7, Dell Inspiron

Apple Support Communities is primarily an end-user to end-user (i.e., users like you helping other users) technical issue support feature. Feedback for Apple will likely get more attention if you send it using:

I hear you but Apple is a for-profit corporation. It has long been their policy to have a limited support period for its hardware even though the hardware often remains operational long beyond that period (well, it used to but I am not so sure about newer things). Technology advances quickly and as long as the are many people who are eager to buy the newest gadgets then that's where the focus will be.

If there is a specific problem then you may wish to post on the iTunes for Windows forum (this is the iTunes for Mac forum), describing the issues you are having. There may be reasons and solutions for your phone behavior but "ape crazy" isn't providing sufficient description for me to even make a start at helping you. 🙂

Been sending feedback on Bluetooth problems since iOS 11.0 came out and Bluetooth connection to things that worked before are toast. Been a year and still not even a whisper that anyone at Apple has understood the detailed bug report I have. Reported every week for a year. Still have to hard reboot my iPhone to get HR monitor to be recognized by apps even though it says connected in settings. Feedback is sort of a joke to me.
