so i supposely made a purchase of an app "MLock" and i have to pay $53.11 and i didnt purchase it so itunies wont let me buy anyting else because i have to pay something i didint buy ? and i dont have the app on my device but in my purchase history

Try this:

Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store(Document Type: Document) Nov 8, 2017 You can use reportaproblem.apple.com to view your purchases, receipts, and contact Apple Support with any problems with your past purchases. When you open the page, enter the Apple ID and password that you used to buy the item, then choose Sign In. Subscriptions aren't managed through reportaproblem.apple.com.
