How can you get your password reset sooner

please tell me if you don't have access to your phone, the best way to get your phone out of "disabled" mode. Waiting 24 hours after verifying ALL the information doesnt seem like a good option. it seems they are holding my phone hostage and I desperately need it for work. It is easier to get into the IRS and Social Security. I even told Apple that I would delete everything and restore from original. It is my phone to do that. They told me NO.

This is not acceptable. I paid for my phone. I forgot my passcode, I verified ALL MY INFORMATION, I am not giving you my children but please tell me why you can't reset my phone??
