Can i bypass the 90 days
Since i downloaded movies from another account i cannot use Apple Music anymore for 90 days, this is a little ridiculous even though i am still paying for it

You are not allowed to associate iTunes content from multiple accounts on your device at any one time. You would have seen a warning about this as shown below.
There is no way to bypass this.
View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support
