See "Now Playing" Information from iPhone on Mac

I'm working on a little personal project and I would like to be able to display the current song playing on my iPhone onto my mac. I don't need all of the play/pause controls- I just need the album artwork, artist name, and song title. Is there some way to stream/receive that information? I know that if you use a third party application (like Reflector, for example) and you play music through it from your iPhone, it can see the song title, album artwork, etc.
