I can't sign into my Apple ID on ios11

I have an iPhone 7 Plus, I was transferring files to my pc recently and afterwards i realized that my iCloud sign out and I didnt have any contacts in my contacts list, and my app store doesnt work. Can someone please help. I have tried resetting my settings, rebooting and minimizing my used up storage. I had recently updated to iOS 11.2, Is this a bug? if so how do i fix it?
