yay to me for purchasing my new iPhone x.
also nay to me for purchasing it form Dubai - so i realized i have no facetime.
does anyone know any way i can get facetime to my phone?

Try inserting a local SIM card. If that doesn’t work(it won’t in Israel or outside the Middle East), there isn’t any way.
