I recently changed my sim card and kept receiving Update Trusted phone number which I did from Apple ID but the msg appears almost daily. Please assiste

This is the message that appears:

Update Trusted Phone Number?

You have recently changed the phone number which you use with this iPhone.

When I click on it, it takes me to Settings > Apple ID Suggestions > Update Trusted Phone Number? You changed the phone number you use with this iPhone recently. Update the trusted phone number you use with your Apple ID so you can always access your account > Continue.

I have already updated the phone number in the Apple ID.
