Can't find purchases in family sharing

I've set up family sharing so I can share music I've purchased with my son. But neither of us can figure out how to do it. Whenever he goes to iTunes store>more>purchases>music, it doesn't show anything. It doesn't even show my name with my purchases so he can download them. How exactly does family share work so I can share my music with my son? We both have iPhone7s.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2

Hello Bvwilliams,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are trying to use Family Sharing but cannot see the purchased music. I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.

Get help

Get help if you don't see your family's shared content. To share purchased content, you need to turn on Share My Purchases and use the iTunes Store in the same country or region as your family members.

Thank you, Allen A. Yes, I have already set up family sharing and before posting for help, I had already read the article and checked all the things it suggested. Share my purchase is checked, so there must be something else that I'm missing.
