Please can you tell me how to view deleted history on MacBook running on High Sierra 10.13.2

Enter Time Machine and then go to a backup made before you deleted your history. Type/paste the below in the Search bar and restore all the files beginning with History. Normally there are 4 files.
~/Library/Safari

You would have to find a history file that you haven't deleted.
Hi, thank you for taking the time to reply. Could you be so kind as to explain how I find a history file ( I use timemachine) and what I then do to recover the history.
