Order of text messages

Hi

I like to set my time to 10 mins ahead so I am always on time (a little sad of me I know) and I have never had issues with the order of messages before. However after a recent update the received messages seem to be set on the actual time (with sent message set on my phone’s time) as a result texts appear out of order i.e. I receive them before I sent them. Is there a way to set sent and received messages on the same time - the one on my phone?

Just to test, what happens if you set your time to automatic?

Then restart your iphone (just turn it off, wait a few moments, then turn it back on).

Test your text messages order.

If they are ok, then we can assume that the new update cannot manage the order if time is set manually.

Shouldn't be this case, to be honest, I don't have any further suggestions to offer.
