I’ve changed service provider but I am unable to get internet it says this can someone tell me if the iPhone may be locked by my service provider?

Hi

When you say you have changed your service provider do you mean your

SIMCARD or your Internet provider?

If you have a new router go to settings on iPhone wireless get name of your provider

Then enter the router wireless key.
