Hey do you think i can get some help my ipad minis dock is on the right hand side not the botton and when i reset it goes normal but when i close a tab or rotatiat my screen vertically the ixons i have on the dock all stack up

Hey do you think i can get some help my ipad minis dock is on the right hand side not the botton and when i reset it goes normal but when i close a tab or rotatiat my screen vertically the ixons i have on the dock all stack up but when i make it horazintal the ones on the soxk clip to right hand side I i could I would take a video please tell me how to
