How do I Verify Apple Pay Cash without a social security

I do not live in the US but I do business there. I do not have a social security number, nor do I have a US drivers license. I do have debit cards issued by my company and I use it to pay for various things to do with my business. I currently use Venmo to do it but I wanted to shift to Apple Pay, however I cannot verify cause I don’t have the documentation needed. Is it still possible to use Apple Pay Cash in my situation? If not then I guess I’ll stick with Venmo but it’s weird I can do it there and not here.

Hi

In order to use Apple Pay Cash, you must currently be a resident of the US (and at least 18 years old):

If you are also asked to verify your identity, then it is because the provider of the service (a regulated financial institution) requires that information in order to comply with federal law.
