face id blinking light

i buy my new iphone and i see that the face id blinking light not working ,

i was thinking maybe this is some configuration issue or some problem with my new iphone ,

what is it ? do i need to go back to where i buy it from ?

Read this support guide:

If nothing helps, since your iPhone is brand new, contact your nearest Apple Store and have your device inspected.
