Redundant expressvpn.tap & .tun

EtraCheck has found redundant expressvpn.tap & .tun files under Kernel Extensions and I want a clean install on a new machine.

Could someone advise how do I might eliminate them, please?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2)
