Iphone 7 dont conect to 4g

greetings please someone help me buy an iPhone 7 and change the sim does not connect to 4g and only stays in 3g, I've done everything and also change the chip, but nothing, in the company say it can be problem of the phone's configuration, someone who has a solution? Thanks
