How to set up Windows 10 Firewall to Fix iTunes Home Sharing to Apple TV 4th Gen HELP!

The Home Sharing from iTunes to my Apple TV 4th Gen has become very unstable (for some reason my Apple TV 3rd Gen is fine) and I am wondering if it has something to do with my Firewall disrupting my Home Sharing.

What do I need to do in Windows 10 to make sure the Firewall is set up correctly to allow Home Sharing?

I am also using Panda Antivirus, could this be causing an issue with Home Sharing stability?
