Taking Screenshot takes to long

Hi all,
I have the problem, that my desktop does not refresh fast enough..
Two examples:
1. Taking a screenshot and saving it automatically on desktop takes up to 25 Seconds

2. Renaming a file and copying to another folder is not possible under 5 Seconds..

Any solutions? :-)
