I am trying to rest my security questions but it says that there is no sufficient information to reset. What can I do? Please help
Hello Apple Support team,
I have another apple ID for *** and I know the password. But after providing the password on the appleid site, it asks me for a couple of secret questions and I do not remember them anymore.
I tried to reset them, but it says there is no enough information available to rest them.
Can you please help?
