What country are you in, and what country do you have as the country on your iTunes account ? Error 1009 usually means that you are trying to access a country's store from another country (quite often from Iran or Sudan) - you have to be in a country to use its store.

Interesting combo: appears to be Syria tel(ephone company?) and the screen/iOS language is German. The popup is: your request cannot be processed.

I wouldn't be surprised if Syria is another country where error 1009 would show
