Partnership in NL TaxForm W-8BEN-E?

Hi,

Located in the Netherlands, I recently changed form of my company from a sole proprietorship to a partnership.

Now I wonder if I should be filling the Tax Form W-8BEN-E in iTunes Connect? Any Europeans/Nederlanders here who have Partnership? (VOF = Vennootschap onder firma)
