Cannot update iOS 10.3.3 days not connected to wifi but am

Tried updating my iPhone 6s Plus with iOS 10.3.3 but gives an error of not being connected to wi fi but everything shows that I am connected. How do I proceed with the update?

You can't download 10.3.3. You can only upgrade to 11.2, which is the current iOS. If you can't do it over air, connect your phone to your laptop and upgrade using iTunes. You need to make sure you are running the latest version of iTunes, which is now 12.7.3.

It’s no longer possible to install 10.3.3 on a device capable of running 11.2. Delete that version and check for updates again.

I tried upgrading my phone se to the 10.3.3 ios but it's tells me I'm not connected to the wifi and I am, how do I erase my old ios ? So I can update it to the one I want, where do I go to erase it
