Can I use a Power Adapter Extension Cable from a PowerBook for a 2017 MBP?

I have an older Power Adapter Extension Cable that belonged to the last PowerBook generation. In it it says that its voltage is around 250 Volt, the same goes for an extension cable from a MBP from 2009 at my workplace.

My question is if I can use either for my MBP from 2017, or if I would have to get myself a new one for it.

As long as it fits the power adapter you can use it. It's just like an extension cord but with an end that fits the power adapter,
