Not charged for a purchase

I bought a movie from iTunes for the first time. It is currently being downloaded and I can see it in the list of purchased items but it's been a day and I don't see anything being charged to my bank account. I paid with a debit card.

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are not being billed for a purchase in iTunes on your Windows computer. To help with this, check your purchase history and check what payment method was used for purchases, using the steps from these resources on your situation.
