Phone app unresponsive after upgrade to iOS 11.2

Hi there

After my recent upgrade to 11.2 my Phone App has become unresponsive when trying to end a call. After I have completed a call the keeps on appearing/disappearing and pressing the red icon to end the call is completely unresponsive.
