If you have an iCloud or iTunes backup made before you deleted them, you can restore that backup. That of course is also going to replace everything on the device with the content and state of the backup.
Otherwise, your texts are gone. Apple does not save, archive or cache your messages anywhere, and nether does any carrier do that for SMS texts.
