Old iPhone 3gs HELP!

Hi, I recently found my old iPhone 3gs in a kitchen drawer, I tried to unlock a few times but have forgotten the passcode and it has locked me out completely.

I do not know what iTunes account I used on the phone as I think I may have made a new one when I had my iPhone 4 etc.

I know that I never backed up this phone onto a computer as I never use iCloud and rarely used to connect to my iTunes via USB on an old laptop.

Basically, I just want to know if there is anyway I can get my old photos/videos off the phone...??
