I edited some photos on the iphone 6, and now I can't delete them.

I edited some photos on the iphone 6, and now I can't delete them. I transfer all my photo's to my computer, and then delete them to save space. I took some pics and edited them, now I don't have "permission" to delete. How do I get these out? I can't see them in "all photos" on my iphone, but can still see the preview on my phone. On the file on my computer, I still have files on my phone that I can't delete.
