Poor picture quality with camera on iPhone 5s

I recently reset my iPhone 5s to factory settings and now get a poor picture quality with my camera . It is running iOS 11.2.

Hi

Have you cleaned the camera lens?

It may not be worth spending money on for repair upgrade if you can.
