Can I enable my account in iTunes Store?

I bought the app ABA English last year for 1 year. At that time they didn’t talk about auto renewal. After using it for one year they auto renewed and charged me. They didn’t send any announcement and receipt to me. When I found down I refused to pay iTunes Store and submitted a cancelation. ITunes Store disabled my account. ABA English accepted my cancelation. Can I enable my account in iTunes Store?

All subscriptions are subject to auto renewal and it is up to the user to cancel prior to that date if they no longer wish to use the service. As you bought it through iTunes that renewal fee was still owed to them, your cancellation only applies to any further charges.


You would need to contact iTunes and discuss with them the option around that charge.
