How do you gets pics back from the cloud
I deleted pics that I want back how do I get them back into my phone
Deleted images can only be restored from a backup.

My phone always backs up I make sure of that
Then all you need to do is restore the most recent backup.
If you were syncing photos using iCloud Photo Library, they won't be in your backup. Check the Photos app and at iCloud.com/Photos for a Recently Deleted album?
