thunderbolt 2 port:

can i use display and ethernet simultaneously via a multi port adapter. i have a 2017 Macbook air 256GB storage, 8GB ram, 2.2 GHz. i want to use my external display AND have super fast ethernet. i can do either right now with single adapters into the Thunderbolt 2 port. is there a multi adapter that allows me to plug in the external display monitor AND my ethernet cable simultaneously into the Thunderbolt 2 port?
