Can someone suggest me an app that can sort the photos in my order ?

I have a photos in my computer, sort in a subfolders that group the photos by date of event.

When I sync that folder to my iPhone it messed up and arranged in order of modified date.

I've contacted Apple Support and they told me that there's no way to change that and I need to use other third party application to do that.

So, the question is 'Is there any application that allows me to import the photos from my computer and arranges it in the order that I want ?'

I use iPhone 8 (iOS11.2) and Macbook Air
