Delete songs from iCloud but keep on PC?

For various reasons, I want to wipe my iCloud music library and start again. However I don't want to delete the items from the iTunes library on my PC. Everything I've tried seems to delete them from iTunes (and sometimes my HDD) as well. I don't want to rebuild the iTunes Library. Seems like a simple request, but can't seem to find a way to do this. Hope someone can help.
