What is the difference between Silent Mode, Do Not Disturb and Theater Mode?

I was trying to configure my watch to provide haptics when receiving a notification, but not make any noise. In the process, I wasn't sure whether to use Do Not Disturb, Silent Mode or Theater Mode and could not find a good description of how each of them operates and what is different between them.

Hi

Silent Mode turns off sound alerts, but not haptic alerts.

Do Not Disturb mode turns off all alerts (except for alarms and heart rate notifications).

Theatre Mode enables Silent Mode and also prevents your Apple Watch display from waking when you raise your wrist (with that setting enabled).
