entrecheck.com -how to use

Someone on the forum suggested using entrecheck.com when I asked about mac running slow and safari was slow to open, web sites were slow to open. I downloaded and ran entrecheck twice. The first time I ran the program on 11/15/17 the program said my computer performance was good. Today, 12/11/17 after running entrecheck, the report said my mac performance was "below average". The program gives a print out of all the items checked and tells you to look up certain items but I do not know what to do when I do look up the item. Need help to find out what my next step is.
