There is a limited amount of clip art which is editable; click the shape button in the toolbar and either click a category from the list or drag the scroll bar to see whats included. You can easily create your own by using the basic shapes and lines.

If I want the guitar shape:

• click the Shapes button
• click the arts category
• click the guitar icon and the guitar shape is placed on the slide

Understand now, Keynote is limited to a simple set of vector graphic objects, as described earlier.
