Permissions Repair

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

My computer will never repair this?? Is this an important function? Does anyone know exactly what it does?

I also run permissions and it seems to verify the same permissions needs repairing over and over?

It says it is repairing them, but next time I run permissions, there they are again, needing repairs.... same ones.
