Don't recognize the shared item and want to get rid of it....

Hi. Just noticed this on my laptop(look at picture) in the "Shared" section. Don't recognize this at all and was wondering if it could be that someone is accessing my MacBook from somewhere else. Need help into removing this. When i go into my system preferences and look in the sharing option, all is unchecked and file sharing is off. I also noticed this in my downloads bar, "yourtemplatefinder.safariextz". It was never installed, deleted it right away. Could it have something to do with the shared PC? Thanks in advance.
