Unable to get refund

Hello,

Two weeks ago, my son purchased in app content with a value of 109.99€.

Thanks to my mail, I catched it and canceled the purchase and told to my son to not do it again.

Few days after, my apple account is disabled, I call the support and they refuse to told me why my account is disabled and they advise me to create a new one.

I created a new one, but one week after, my son bought again two times 109.99€ and apple block my account again.

I called them, they told me that my old and new account were disabled for abusing refund. I asked them why they didn't told me this before and I discover with the technician that I can block in app purchases (Why Apple didn't said it before ?)

I asked to be refund to apply my 14 days legal right and they refused. They told me to contact directly the developper of the application and the answer of the developper was : "Apple requires all refund requests be redirected to them".

So now I post here to ask how can I be refunded ? The purchases wasn't initiated by me.

Thanks

Best regards,

Romain

The person probably shouldn't have told you to create a new AppleID because that can cause other problems such as not being able to access other purchases. I suspect the person who helped you did not understand what was happening.

Refunding isn't an in-built feature of the iTunes Store, and in most places purchases are final. Apple has been known to make one-time exceptions but since you have repeated purchases that you want refunded it may be harder. The 14 day period sounds like something specific to your country or region and I am not familiar with the details.
