Display while calling other mobile

Some times when I call other mobile in case of he is in other call while I’m calling in the same time, i should see in my mobile that the calling number has a phone call but in IPhone it’s not available to know if he has a call or not, so I would like to know if that option is available or not and why it’s available in other devices and not in IPhone Thanks
