When I sign in Apple ID site, it opens me only blank white site and nothing happens??

Every time i sign in on appleid.apple.com, it opens me white site, and nothing else i can do. I can't manage my account or anything. How can i fix it? Tried on PC and iPhone 5s

iPhone 5s, iOS 11.2

Fixed it.

Because i'm from Serbia i couldn't enter the site, so i just change my IP address, and i got it working 🙂
