Iphone 5s has gray spot

Before I fell asleep I know that there wasn’t a black gray dot on my screen. Then I woke up and was shock that there was. It can’t be because I dropped it, it was on my bed the whole time. I read online to do the rice test but i’m still skeptical. Is this my LCD? The dot’s just gray and I can still touch it. What to do
