Where can I find the apps on my phone and not on my phone?

I'm sure that I used to be able to find the purchased apps that I did and didn't have on my iPhone. I went to App Store, then Updates, and could tap my or my partner's purchases, and then see whether or not they were on the phone. This facility seems to have disappeared in a recent upgrade. Is it somewhere else in App Store? Is there a different app?

Hi. In app store, on the Updates page, tap on your photo in the upper right and select Purchased from the popup. Then you can see the Not on My Phone apps.
