How can I enable a Wifi connection before/at login screen on latest MacBooks (keyboard combo, or special script needed here)?

*NOTE: Most of our Macs are integrated into Microsoft's Active Directory, and for extra security purposes we only show username & password at login (appears to be no way to access Wifi here, and latest MacBooks no longer have built-in Ethernet connections.)
