After upgrade to 10.13.1 the volume control on men bar no longer works with Apogee Duet 2 USB audio interface.
I use an Apogee DUET 2 USB audio interface with my Mac Mini and have happily used it with previous versions of Mac OS. After upgrade to High Sierra the volume control on the menu bar no longer works for this interface, however It does work when using the Mini's internal speaker. The volume control on keyboard and in the Audio Preferences continue to work normally.
