Can I enter "BIOS" on my macbook pro boot camp to increase Dedicated Video Memory?

I have a 2013 mbp with 8gb of RAM and there is NO WAY to increase the ram any further. Please help. Currently running windows 10 and was hoping to increase the video memory to at least 128 MB.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2), Windows 10 Bootcamp

Macs support CSM-BIOS (not BIOS), so there is no user interface.

Also, there is no way to adjust VRAM on an Intel GPU as documented in Frequently Asked Questions for Intel® Graphics Memory on Windows® 10 .
