About some apps don’t show up on the list of mobile data

Hi,

I bought iPhone 8 few days ago.then I downloaded some apps ,like wechat,what’s app,but they doesn’t show up on the list of mobile data,so I can not use those apps when I am out .I even tried to restart it,but it didn’t work.So what could I do ?
