The page to manage my apple-id does not load, its just blank but I need it very urgently

Hi,

the page https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage is blank for me, I tried to access the page from my Phone, from my Notebook and in various Webbrowers, I need to access that page very urgently and its frustrating me very much!
How can I fix this issue?
I get asked for my logindetails and when I enter them correctly, it forwards me tohttps://appleid.apple.com/account/manage wich as said, is just blank and doesnt load any text.
